    We are on the Disney dining plan for our trip in Jan. 2017. Is Chef Art's at Disney springs on the plan?  Also one of our group cannot go to La Nouba and we already have tickets, do you know if it's possible to get a refund? Thanks

    Hi Warren,

    Chef Art Smith's Homecoming has rapidly become one of our favorite spots to eat at Disney Springs. It has some of the best fried chicken I've ever had, and I'm from the South! The restaurant is not yet listed on the Disney Dining Plan, but that is not unusual this time of year. It normally takes a while for the full list to become available, especially for the restaurants that are not owned by Disney, like many of those at Disney Springs.

    I suggest you go ahead and make an advanced dining reservation and keep a watch on the Dining Plan list. (Even if it isn't on the plan by January, I'd consider paying for this one out of pocket. The entrees are reasonable and big enough to share.)

    As for the La Nouba tickets, purchase is normally nonrefundable. I suggest you call the La Nouba ticket line at (407) 939-7600 to see if there's anything you can do to get a refund or reschedule the seat that you now can't use.
