Disney's Animal Kingdom is my favorite theme park at Walt Disney World Resort. I love the animals, the thrilling attractions, and of course, the food. Everyone talks about snacking their way around Epcot, but I think there is just as much delicious food to try when you're snacking your way around Disney's Animal Kingdom! The Baked Macaroni & Cheese with Shrimp and Sweet Chili Sauce at
Eight Spoon Café is fantastic, and I have to get the Teriyaki Beef Slider at
Caravan Road every time I visit. You can try both of these for a Snack credit on the
Disney Dining Plan!
Speaking of the Disney Dining Plan, I'm so glad you've brought up one of my favorite ways to get some added value out of your Dining Plan credits: booking a dining package with reserved seating for a parade or nighttime spectacular.
Tiffins Restaurant is one of the most exciting dining experiences I've had at Walt Disney World Resort, and the only way to make that better is with
VIP seating for Rivers of Light. When you redeem your two Dining Plan credits for the Rivers of Light Dining Package, you'll be able to choose one of each from the full menu of appetizers, entrées, and desserts at Tiffins Restaurant. A non-alcoholic beverage is also included with the package, but since you're using the Disney Dining Plan, you can choose an alcoholic beverage, which is included as well.
