Hi Wesley! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm happy to hear that you'll be visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort in the near future! Before you know it, you'll be arriving for a magical stay filled with unforgettable experiences and lasting memories.
Adding the
Disney Dining Plan to your vacation package is the best way to create an all-inclusive feel to your stay. It allows you to account for your meals ahead of time and helps plan better for your trip. When using the Dining Plan, each dining location will have slightly different options when it comes to its offerings. While you will receive one entree and one dessert during lunch and dinner, kids' menu items usually come with a couple of side choices as well. Your best bet will be to check with the Cast Member upon arrival at each location to ensure what your options are. It's possible that, since a dessert is listed as a side option, they will be eligible for an additional standalone dessert as well. Again, each location may vary, so it's best to confirm.
If you are looking for any recommendations,
Sebastian's Bistro is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is served family style, with each dish more flavorful than the last. It's a Caribbean-themed menu, with dishes such as the Oven-Roasted Citrus Chicken and Slow-Cooked Mojo Pork. The meal is capped off with one of the best desserts at Walt Disney World, the Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding.
Wesley, I hope you have a magical time during your stay!
