If I am on the Disney dining plan and we have a friend meet us for a meal who isn't on the dining plan will that affect our dining plan purchase? The friend will not be staying in our room and will just be with us for the day.

    Hi Belinda,

You will simply need to tell your server that you need two separate checks. They will ask if you are on the Disney Dining Plan and you can tell them which people in your party are on the plan and then request a separate check for your friend. I've had friends and family join us many times when we were on the Dining Plan and they were not. It is no trouble at all.

Wishing you a wonderful vacation and a great visit with your friend,
