Welcome back to planDisney, Jaime. Keep those questions coming! We love to answer them and help you make magic on your next
Disney vacation.
Okay, I think most
Disney fans have a Disney bucket list. Mine is very long, and somewhere,
Splitsville Luxury Lanes is on there! It seems like such a great place to
dine, bowl, or both. Probably both.
Disney Springs has a reputation as being "just" for
food and
shopping, but there are so many unique
experiences here for the whole family. I know it's not a theme park, but it might as well be in my mind! I can't skip it on a trip.
Currently,
Splitsville Dining Room is listed as one-
table-service meal on the
Disney Dining Plan. Just note that restaurants on the
dining plans can change, so just be sure that when you're making your reservation, you check on the restaurant's page, click on "View Dining Plans and Discounts," and then click on "Dining Plans." And for good measure, you can check again as your vacation approaches and with the Cast Member at the restaurant when you are seated.
Now, speaking of Disney Springs Bucket List items, here are some great activities to check out:
- The Vintage Amphicar Tours. I mean, how else are you going to get these views of Disney Springs in such a unique way? One day, you'll catch me on one of these puppies waving like a princess to the people on the dock. Don't worry, I've been practicing my Princess Wave. I'm sure it will look totally natural and not at all crazy!
- The Aerophile. We are taking my dad for his 80th birthday this January, and this is the only experience he specifically requested. So, whatever pops wants, pops gets! I'll report back, but I'm pretty sure the views across the resort are going to be well worth it!
- Drawn to Life Presented by Cirque du Soleil & Disney. Talk about an emotional, jaw-dropping spectacle with Disney flair. A truly exceptional show and highly recommended!
Jaime, this is just the tip of the Disney Springs iceberg.
Please reach out again with any other questions!
I’m gonna wreck it,
Matt
