Hi Carla,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted that you brought this
dining plan question to us!
We adore
Cinderella's Royal Table and have used our dining plan entitlements there. If you use your dining plan, the meal experience will require two table-service entitlements per person age 3-years old and over. To determine how many dining entitlements a meal experience requires, check the home page for the restaurant. Look for a link that says "Some Dining Plans Accepted." Once you click on that link, a pop up menu should appear that indicates the number of dining plan entitlements required. If you want to add an additional gratuity, you would need to submit another form of payment. When we leave gratuities, we always leave them on our room charges by having the cast member who serves us scan our Magic Band.
We use our dining plan entitlements for Cinderella's Royal Table and other signature restaurants when we have the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. If we are on the Disney Dining Plan, we have chosen to pay separately for Cinderella's Royal Table and save those dining plan entitlements for other meals. Consider all of your dining plans before you make a decision and, use the "View Menu" option on restaurant home pages to estimate the costs of each meal. If prices are not located on the menu, I always call 407-939-1947 to speak with a cast member in dining to get pricing for the dates of our visit.
Carla, our girls always wanted to dress in their royal finest when dining at Cinderella's Royal Table, so plan accordingly!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
