I've never had Disney dining plan before.for the standard dining plan, W/our table service,it includes desserts. Do you order your dessert when you're ordering? & are you limited to what you can order (ex hot fudge sundae at sci-fi) thx!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Natasha!

Let me tell you that you are in for a real treat! The Disney Dining Plan is an excellent way to budget your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, as well as to indulge your sweet tooth! Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater is the one Disney restaurant that my family keeps returning to! My girls love watching the “scary” B-movies on the big screen! Seeing as though they love this restaurant so much, we attempted to bring them to an ACTUAL drive-in theatre back home… let’s just say they prefer the indoor version with delicious milkshakes a LOT more!

You are correct! When you dine at a Table Service location, you will be able to order a dessert off of the regular menu! The only exception would be desserts that are meant for more than one (1) person, such as the Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop, for example.

Don't forget that you can make your Advanced Dining Reservations up to 180 days in advance!

I hope this answers your question and that you have a wonderfully delicious time!
