    Disney dining plan

    Hi David!

Welcome to planDisney!  And now, we invite you to relax and let us pull up a chair while we proudly present. . .your overview of Disney dining plans!

David, when you book a vacation package at Walt Disney World Resort that includes your hotel and park tickets, you have the option to add one of two dining plans currently offered.  The Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan offers each Guest one snack or non-alcoholic beverage and two Quick-Service meals per night of your stay, plus a Resort-Refillable Mug that can be used for the duration of your visit.  The other option you'll find currently available is the Disney Dining Plan.  If you choose the Disney Dining Plan, you'll be able to enjoy one snack or non-alcoholic beverage, one Quick-Service meal, and one Table-Service meal per night of your package in addition to the Resort-Refillable Mug.

Regardless of which option you choose, you'll find a great deal of flexibility and convenience with these plans.  During your vacation, you'll easily be able to track your remaining meals in your My Disney Experience Mobile App by clicking on "My Resort Stay" and then "Check Dining Plan."  You'll also be able to use Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering to redeem your Quick-Service meals as well!

If you choose to add the Disney Dining Plan to your vacation package, it's important to know that advanced dining reservations are recommended.  Our family loves reserving character dining experiences as a great way to interact with some of our favorite character friends while enjoying a delicious meal.  If you're looking for suggestions, some of our top choices are Garden Grill Restaurant in EPCOT, Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort (characters at breakfast only), and Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  These are also great values on the dining plan, in my opinion, as you get the enhanced dining experience at each of these three locations while only redeeming one Table-Service meal for each!

David, I hope this information has been helpful, and you enjoy a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort!  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney - we're all ears!

    Bon Appétit!
