A lot of pixie dust and care is being put into making sure Guests will be able to
make the most of their Annual Pass. If you have paid in full, I am happy to share that your pass will be extended for the number of days the parks are closed. A new expiration date should appear on your account before the parks reopen. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a partial refund for the days the parks were closed. Please contact V.I.PASSHOLDER Support at (407) 939-7277 to make this request.
If you are on a monthly payment plan, please know that on April 5, 2020 monthly payments due were automatically stopped and will be waived while the parks are closed. Payments made from March 14 through April 4 will retroactively be refunded. Payments will resume once the theme parks reopen and the passes will expire upon the original expiration date. Guests on the monthly payment program may choose to have monthly payments postponed, and these postponed payments will be collected in the months following the end of the scheduled payment term. In this case, the pass will be extended the number of days the parks are closed.
