We are going to Disney in December and staying at CBR...we are flying Southwest and I understand our luggage can be sent to our resort fro the airport but what about being sent from the resort to the airport when we leave and the boarding passes ?

Hi Julie!  Southwest just this year joined the many other airlines that has an arrangement with Disney where you can send your luggage ahead to the airport.  You need to have everything you will be checking with the airline down to the resort airline check-in location at least three hours before your flight time.  Someone will even be there in the wee waking hours for those who have early morning flights! They will weigh and tag the bags as well as print your boarding passes for you at this location.  Then you wave good-bye to the bulky luggage and head to the airport with your carry on items only.

This is an awesome service and guests are thankful they no longer have to deal with dragging bags, strollers, kids, and carry-ons to the airport to check in.  Travel is stressful enough these days and Disney and the airlines who provide this service are truly helping to alleviate much of this.
