Hi, Leticia!
I remember being in the same situation when my kids were little; we had pasta with butter for lunch and dinner for a year!
My first choice in those situations was always to head to an Italian restaurant, where the pasta will not only be fresh, but the grownups in the party will be sure to find fantastic options, too. Magic Kingdom's
Tony's Town Square Restaurant is a favorite; just ask your server to hold the sauce when ordering. At Be Our Guest Restaurant's Quick Service lunch and Table Service dinner, you'll find whole-grain macaroni on the kids menu; again, just ask for no sauce when ordering. We've even asked for a plate of pasta with butter at The Crystal Palace and were thrilled when we were presented with a large bowl of Mickey-shaped pasta!
At Epcot, Chefs de France includes breaded chicken strips served with pasta (you could ask for all pasta) on the lunch and dinner menus, and
Tutto Italia Ristorante features two types of pasta on the kids' lunch menu (spaghetti and farfalle pasta); again, just ask for no sauce.
One of our favorite Walt Disney World restaurants, Disney's Hollywood Studios'
Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano, offers whole-wheat spaghetti on the kids' lunch menu as well as spaghetti and penne pasta.
While visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom, try Rainforest Cafe, where you'll find an extensive menu that will satisfy everyone.
Menus for all of the above-mentioned restaurants are posted on those links. Have fun exploring them!
Send more questions as you think of them, Leticia; we love to help!
