We are going to Disney in December and have booked the Wishes Fireworks Holiday Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace the night that we are going to Mickey's Christmas Party. Is the Dessert Party covered by the dining plan?

    Hi Donna,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question. I absolutely love visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the Holidays and one of the biggest reasons for that is that I get to see my favourite fireworks: Holiday Wishes. I love the music and the creative “scenes” in that show - it never fails to take my breath away!

Unfortunately, from what I understand, Disney Dining Plan entitlements cannot be redeemed for the Wishes Fireworks Holiday Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace. Having attended the “regular” Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party recently, I can tell you that it’s an event worth the splurge, at least once. I loved knowing that I had a seat with a great view of the fireworks, while munching on some truly yummy desserts. I could really use one of those delicious Elsa cupcakes right now… :)

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
