We're going to Disney this Dec. with our 6 mo. We were hoping to bring his stroller because it's what he's familiar with. However, it doesn't fold. Would we be allowed to bring it on Disney Transportation (Hotel bus, monorail)?

Hi Lindsay! I can understand why you would want to have something familiar for a stroller for your child but you must also think about what will make your life easier. You don't want to add stress especially when traveling with a child so young. My own daughter will be bringing her 8 month old in November and we are working on every detail to make it as easy as possible.

Disney Transportation includes buses, boats, and monorails. All are complimentary but there are specific rules for each. Strollers are allowed to be kept open on Monorails and some of the boats. The smaller boats will require strollers to be folded completely. Your most used type of transportation on property will be the Disney buses. By law all strollers must be folded completely on all buses. This obviously would not work with your stroller from home and it would make getting around very difficult.

There are several stroller rental companies in the area that many guests use for their vacation. Check out the three Disney authorized Stroller Rental Companies and check to see what they can offer. They will deliver and pick up from the resorts making it as easy as possible and allowing you to have a stroller inside and out of the parks.
