Michelle from MA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am going to Disney in 60 days and I am trying to book my fast passes this morning and it will not let me book past 30 days. I am staying at the Bay Lake Towers which is a Disney Resort Location. Everything is linked so I do not know why this is??

Hello Michelle, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an important planning question.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having difficulties making your FastPass+ selections. I know how important it is to get online the day your selection window opens to secure those precious FastPass+ for the most popular rides and attractions while there is availability. You did not list your arrival date with your question, so it is difficult to say if you may have possibly signed on a day early. Judging by the day you submitted your question, your arrival date appears to be October 22, 2018. If it is later than that, you may have signed in too early to make your selections.

If you were able to see FastPass+ experiences 30 days in advance, you definitely have your valid theme park admission linked to your My Disney Experience accounts. Something else to note is that your window will open at 7:00 a.m. on your selection date. If you tried to make your selections prior to 7:00 a.m. you will only be able to see available experiences 30 days in advance. Hopefully, by now you were successful in making your FastPass+ experiences. If you are still having trouble you may want to call tech support at (407) 939-4357. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
