We will be at Disney 2 1/2 days (Thurs afternoon, all day Friday and Saturday). We are traveling with twin 5 1/2 year olds. We're most interested in Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Wild Kingdom. Which of these is best fit for the half-day?

    Hi Brian:

While every family is different, of the parks you mentioned, I would devote your half day to Animal Kingdom (but definitely NOT Magic Kingdom). While you could spend a whole day at Animal Kingdom, a half day should give you just enough time to take in some of the popular attractions (such as Kilimanjaro Safari and some of the popular shows).

However, because a number of the attractions at Animal Kingdom focus around animals, the park tends to closer earlier than other parks. If you find you are arriving late on Thursday afternoon, I would devote that half day to Hollywood Studios. Check out the calendar for the Animal Kingdom to determine if your arrival time puts you too close to park closing.

    Enjoy your vacation.
