We are going to Disney for 6 days and are purchasing 6 day park tickets. If it rains one of the days and we do not attend the park that day, can we double up the next day and visit two parks eventhough we do not have park hopper tickets?

    Hi, Thomas!

When you have 6 day base tickets, you can go to whatever park you want each day, but you can only visit one park per day.  So you might choose to do each of the 4 theme parks, then use the last 2 days to revisit Epcot.  Or spend all 6 days in Hollywood Studios, it is up to you!  The only way to go to 2 parks in one day would be to upgrade your ticket to a park hopper.

Rain does not really slow anything down in Disney.  (Especially since in the summer, it seems to rain every afternoon!)  My advice to you is pack a rain poncho, and keep on rolling!

Keep thinking sunny thoughts and have a great vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
