    We have never been to Disney before. We have a 1 day trip to Magic Kingdom planned. I purchased tickets on My Disney Experience. It says we need to pick them up at the will call window. Where is this located? How much time should I allow for pickup?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Less than a week until your visit to Magic Kingdom! How exciting!

    Magic Kingdom opens at 9:00am on the day of your visit. I would suggest that you arrive at the park early, around 8am, to allow time to park, ride the ferry, and to see the Magic Kingdom Welcome Show, that begins at 8:40am! This will allow your family the opportunity to enter the park early which typically has lower crowds, giving the chance to ride a few of the attractions before more guests arrive. 

    Once you arrive at Magic Kingdom, Will Call, or Guest Relations, is located near the park entrance. Be sure to look for the sign, which is located to the right side of the entrance turnstiles. 

    If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, Will Call is located in the lobby of the hotel at the Concierge Desk.
