Hi Ashley!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy to hear that you're
planning an autumn visit to Walt Disney World Resort. You're going to love exploring the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels, and Disney Springs while they are beautifully decorated for fall. Plus, you'll find tasty pumpkin and maple treats throughout the resort!
As you know, Magic Kingdom hosts
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on select evenings from August through October. On party nights, the theme park closes to Guests without party tickets at 6:00 p.m., after which time they will those Guests will be directed towards the theme park exit. At 7:00 p.m., the Halloween party will begin and after that time, only party Guests will be able to enjoy Magic Kingdom's attractions, dining, and entertainment, as well as the party's exclusive events.
While the times for
Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular haven't yet been released, since it is a party event, you won't be able to enjoy these festive fireworks from inside the theme park if you don't have a party ticket. However, there are a variety of options for you to watch the nighttime spectacular from around Seven Seas Lagoon. You may want to consider a
private specialty cruise, where you can view the show out on Seven Seas Lagoon from a private boat with your own captain. You can also view the fireworks from several of the restaurants in the Magic Kingdom resort hotels. I love
'Ohana because it offers incredible food and it has a beautiful view of the fireworks right from the restaurant!
Ashley, let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
