Hello Disney Moms and Dads. We are planning our first trip to WDW and are considering the regular Dining Plan. We wanted to know if taxes are included in the plan or if we will have to pay them when we order our meal? I know for the table meals we will

Hi Jennifer! It is so much fun to plan a vacation to Disney World, and your first trip is extra exciting!  When you arrive make sure to get your "1st Visit" buttons and wear them proudly!

I am a big advocate of the dining plan. It is so convenient to have your meals paid for in advance, and redeeming your credits is quite easy.

All of the dining plans include tax, so you won't need to worry about paying out of pocket for the tax on your meals. The only thing you will have to pay for are the gratuities on your table service meals and any extras like appetizers or alcoholic beverages that you might order.

    Have a wonderful trip!!
