Hello Disney Moms, Dads and folks! I am staying at Coronado Springs next year, and have only stayed in a standard view, but decided to upgrade to a preferred view since the resort is so massive, which of the 3 buildings is your favorite and why?

    Hi Brittany,

Still a year away, but in no time you will be ready to celebrate the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort. Awesome!

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is my family's favorite, having stayed at this resort on numerous occasions. In fact, I stayed here a week ago, while attending a conference. I love the life of a ConventionEAR!

The Resort is not only undergoing an amazing expansion which will include a 15-story building, but also its rooms are being reimagined. I got a nice dose of Pixie Dust and stayed in one these rooms in the Ranchos section. The beds were SO comfortable, tons of USB charging ports, digital locked safe for valuables, huge LED TV, and even a new Keurig coffee-maker.

Now, which to pick? Good question! We did stay on all three sections. My understanding is that Casitas only offer preferred rooms and these are the closest ones to El Centro. But the Cabanas or Ranchos are great choices too, since they all have their own bus stops, and are a short walk from the Dig Site, and everything else.

One last tip: by next year, most buildings should have finish their updating, but be sure to note on your reservation which section you would prefer to stay at. Happy planning!

    Ricardo.
