Hello there, Jon! Welcome aboard planDisney. It sounds like you are preparing to make some magical family memories onboard. I'd be thrilled to help.
Yes, you can bring unopened baby food on the ship, so long as it is sealed in its original factory packaging and brought aboard in your carry-on luggage.
Sailing with a little one aboard Disney Cruise Line is a real treat, as Crew Members anticipate your needs and strive to accommodate your whole crew. You can request pureed vegetables to be served in the main dining restaurants of the ship, as well as delivered to your room via complimentary room service. High chairs will be available for your use in the dining rooms. Portable cribs, bottle warmers, diaper disposal units, and bottle sanitizers are available upon request. Just ask your stateroom attendant if there is something you need. Essential baby items are also available for purchase in the shops on board.
The
ship's nursery and Crew Members are well-equipped to care for your little one, should you wish to make a nursery reservation. When my children were young, my husband and I loved to take advantage of the childcare spaces on board to book an adult-exclusive dining experience. I highly recommend
Palo for brunch or dinner. Reservations can be made once your
online activity booking window opens. If you can't snag a reservation, be sure to inquire onboard.
Jon, I'm wishing you a fantastic sailing! Have a wonderful time with your family.
Happy Planning,
Adrianna
