Hi Traci!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you stopped by with your question about cruising with my favorite Captain…Captain Mickey!!
Your Disney Cruise Line reservation includes SO MUCH – food, sodas, nonstop activities, incredible entertainment and exceptional service! Alcoholic beverages are not included with your reservation, but they do offer a variety of options for Guests who choose to purchase grown-up beverages while onboard. Onboard there are several different bars and lounges – both inside and poolside, along with fantastic bartenders that can recommend some fun and exciting drinks! Additionally, Guests can purchase a
wine or beer package – either prior to sailing or once onboard. Guests can choose from a selection of wines or beers to have in their stateroom or during dinner service. Disney Cruise Line also has a unique
alcohol policy that allows Guests 21 years or older to bring onboard up to 2 bottles of wine or 6 beers at each port of call. If Guests choose to bring the bottles of wine to the main dining room to have with their dinner, there will be a corking fee applied, but no corking fee applies to Guests who choose to open and enjoy their beverages in their stateroom. Don't forget a corkscrew!
When your online booking window opens (75 days prior to sailing for first time Guests), be sure to look for the fun beverage tastings offered during your voyage. My husband enjoys the mixology classes as well as the wine beverage tastings! It’s a great opportunity to learn – and sample – some new things! And who knows, you may even find a new favorite beverage!
Happy Sailing!
