    The Disney cruise site says no to toy "weapons" (I.e. pirate swords and light sabers). On here in February I think I read that they were permitted. Which is correct?

Have you set the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app's countdown clock on your smartphone so you can count down the days until your magical voyage at sea? I love looking forward to our upcoming cruises by planning all of the onboard fun and adventures ashore in advance. It makes the days leading up to embarkation day go by faster!

    Ooo, it sounds like you're already preparing for some amazing outfits during your cruise! I just double-checked with my friends at Disney Cruise Line and am happy to share that toy pirate swords are not only allowed onto the ship, but also can be found sold in the onboard shops during Pirate Night! Store-bought lightsabers (not homemade) are allowed onboard, too! Your Star Wars-loving pirate will have the perfect accessories to top off his/her costume!

    Sailing with Captain Mickey is the perfect time to get a family photo taken by the professional photographers onboard, especially during a themed night like Pirate Night! Get ready to strike a swashbucklingly-fun pose and say "Arr!"
