Hi there, Wayne!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your Disney Cruise Line vacation is coming up quickly and I know you must be excitedly counting down the days until your
FANTAStic voyage gets here! A week of non-stop activities, entertainment and sunshine awaits you onboard and I am just thrilled for you!
Speaking of
entertainment…I am glad you asked about showtimes because you definitely don’t want to miss the spectacular nightly entertainment onboard! I am always blown away by the shows – whether it be the Broadway-style live shows or the entertaining variety acts, it’s always so enjoyable and completely family-friendly! Each night there are two performances in the
Walt Disney Theatre – and you will plan to go to the show opposite your dining time. So, if you have main dining then you will want to attend the second performance and if you have late (or second) seating, then you will attend the first performance. This allows Guests the chance to enjoy their dinner without being rushed AND see the nightly entertainment! Of course, if something changes in your schedule and you opt for an alternative dinner (Room Service, quick serve by the pool,
adult-exclusive dining or a seated dinner at Cabanas), you are more than welcome to attend the alternative show time without a problem!
If you aren’t sure which dining time you have, your Key to the World Card that you receive when you check in at Port Canaveral for embarkation will have it printed on there, along with your nightly dining room rotation schedule. And since your Key to the World Card acts as your stateroom key and is used to make onboard purchases, you will likely always have it handy!
Wishing you a magical and memorable adventure with Captain Mickey!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
