cancel your upcoming Disney Cruise. Hopefully you will be able to sail with Captains Mickey and Minnie in the future!
If you booked through a travel agent, she would need to cancel your reservation. If your specific agent is not responding, see if there is a general number for the agency that she works for. The main travel agency should be able to assist you. You may also want to try to contact your agency using a few different methods, including texting, email, or phone. I would copy the main agency on any emails you are sending to your specific agent.
Most travel agents work very hard for their clients, so I am sorry you are having these issues. For your next travel adventure, try to get some referrals from family and friends of travel agents they have had success with. Booking on your own is also an option and can be done on the
