We are going on a Disney cruise out of port carnaveral and would like to stay at Disney fort wilderness afterwards in our RV. Can we leave the RV at fort wilderness and take Disney transportation to the cruise line and then return to it for camping afterw?

Ahoy Ashley - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for swimming by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical, Disney Cruise Line adventures!

It sounds like you have a great vacation planned, both on land and at sea! Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is such a magical place to call home while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. It's going to be so nice to be staying in the magic while also staying in your own home on wheels!

Ashley, unless you plan on paying for a campsite for the duration of your cruise to park your RV, you'll need to come up with an alternative plan. Luckily, Port Canaveral offers parking right next to the Disney Cruise Line Terminal, including available parking for oversized vehicles, including RVs. If I were you, I would take advantage of this option as it will be more budget-friendly than paying for a campsite that you won't be enjoying.

I hope this information helps your planning efforts – stop by any time with additional questions! Oh, and before I forget, make sure to check out all the magical excitement surrounding Disney Cruise Line’s Silver Anniversary at Sea!

    Bon voyage!
