Ahoy there, Gina! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so glad you sailed my way with your question about downloading your Disney Cruise photos from your recent voyage! I always love seeing the moments captured by the photographers on board!
While the memories you made aboard your sailing will last forever, you're right that the photos from your photo package do expire after 45 days after the photo was taken - so let's hoist the mainsail and get them downloaded!
At the top right of each picture in your gallery should be a greyed-out check mark. Once you click on the photos you want to download, that check mark will turn green. To make it easy, after you click on your first one, a 'select all visible media' message should come up which will allow you to select your entire gallery! You should then see the option to download your photos!
Oh, and one more planDrew-approved tip: if you plan on getting prints of the digital photos you download at your local photo center, remember to
download the licensing agreement that will ensure you don't run into any issues on that end! If for any reason your run into rough seas when following this course we've charted, I definitely suggest
emailing photo team support before your photos expire.
Thank you so much for your question, Gina! I hope those memories - and those downloads - make your crew smile as much as possible every time you revisit them! If you ever have any other questions as you plan for your next Disney Cruise Line vacation, please drop another message in a bottle here at planDisney!
SEA ya real soon!
