Going on a Disney Cruise in Oct. Can we take an Albuterol nebulizer on board with us? If yes, should we take it in our suitcase or carry-one?

    Ahoy Martha!

Bravo for having a Disney cruise on the horizon! A Disney Cruise Line vacation is like no other because of all that's included in your cruise reservation. From the very young to the young at heart, there is truly something for everyone with Disney Cruise Line.

Disney Cruise Line encourages Guests to carry an adequate supply of their medications with them when they board the ship. Medications and medical supplies should be packed in original containers in a carry-on bag and NOT in checked luggage. So be sure to keep the nebulizer in your carry-on. That’s also because the luggage will likely not be delivered until mid-afternoon at the earliest. Hopefully you will have no need to use the nebulizer, but at least you would have it with you just in case.

There's also an Information for Guests with Disabilities or Medical Conditions booklet that may be helpful answering any additional questions you might have. If you feel it is necessary, you can also contact the Special Services Team to notify them of any special requests or needs, and they will be more than happy to help.

Chart a course back to planDisney if you think of anything else. Martha, wishing you a magical voyage with Captain Mickey!

    Happy Sailing!
