    We are going on the Disney Cruise in May, 2014. We will be staying at Disney World the night before and taking the Disney bus to Port Canaveral. Which Disney World hotel will get us to the port the earliest? We want to get onboard as soon as we can.

    Welcome aboard, Brian! Next spring you'll have so much magic in store as you set sail with Disney Cruise Line. It is nice to hear that you're spending a day at the Walt Disney World resorts before heading out to sea. My family loves to enjoy the parks before we set sail too.

    I wish I could tell you exactly which resort will be picked up first with Disney Cruise Line's ground transportation service, Brian, but unfortunately, I cannot. The reason is that the schedules for transportation are based on how many guests at which resorts have booked this transportation for each particular cruise. These schedules are not set until a few days prior to sailing, due to guests booking transportation up until then. What I can tell you is that the motorcoach can stop at up to three resorts before heading to the port and pick up times are normally between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. 

    The evening before you set sail, you'll receive a note in your resort room letting you know when and where to meet for your transportation. I suggest you just choose whichever Walt Disney World resort seems the best fit for your family's interests and budget. You'll get timely, relaxing transportation to the port if you book Disney Cruise Line's ground transportation, no matter which resort you choose, so you really can't go wrong, Brian!
