We are going on a disney cruise in May, If we stay on at a Disney hotel before/after the cruise do they offer discounts or is it the same room rate either way?

    Hi, Kim!

Congratulations on your upcoming Disney cruise! There are discounts and deals available to Disney Cruise Line guests at Walt Disney World (WDW) if you book a Pre- or Post-Cruise Package.  You can even add your park tickets and the Disney Dining Plan to your plans.  For information comparisons, you can call 407-WDISNEY to ask for room rates, and then call (800) 951-3532 to ask for a pre- or post-cruise package quote.

If you do add a day or two at WDW to your cruise vacation, you may also want to consider adding ground transportation to/from the port terminal.  For about $70 per person round trip, you can arrange for DCL transportation to pick you up at your WDW resort on embarkation morning, and pick you up at the port to bring you back to a resort the morning you disembark.

I hope that helps you plan. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
