Will Disney Cruise Line be returning to New Orleans as a departure port?

Hey there, Tanika, and welcome aboard planDisney!

I understand the appeal of sailing from your home port – it's a convenient way to dive straight into the excitement of your high-seas adventure. While there are no departures from New Orleans at this time, Disney Cruise Line is always evaluating guest feedback. So, let's keep our fingers crossed for future cruises from 'The Big Easy' in the fall of 2025.

In the meantime, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest Disney Cruise Line news and updates. They usually announce new itineraries about 15 to 18 months in advance, so stay tuned for more information.

While you’re waiting for the perfect cruise from New Orleans, why not combine the magic of a Disney Cruise with the wonder of Walt Disney World Resort? A little theme park time is the perfect way to keep those post-Disney Cruise blues in check. Here at planDisney, we're pros at planning the ultimate holiday on land and at sea. Don't hesitate to come back and see us again for planning advice.

    SEAS the adventure!
