Hi Stephanie!
Welcome back! Sounds like you are well on your way to making your packing list for your upcoming Mediterranean sailing! It will be here before you know it, and I love that you are thinking ahead about everything you may need for your time aboard!
Disney Cruise Line ships
do have life vests available for use onboard near the pools, so no need to bring your own puddle jumpers or life vests for young swimmers. Since I know you are traveling with little ones, be aware that any child that is not fully potty-trained are not permitted to go into the pools, but they can use the Huey, Dewey and Louie splash pad area to play in! My boys loved this area when they were younger and it is located near a small play pool so that you can have children in both areas and keep a good eye on them! It is also located near the onboard
AquaDunk slide which has recently become my boys’ favorite thing to do and is so fun for those Guests at least 48 inches tall! The
AquaLab is also a fun area to splash around but beware of overflowing water cans!!
Goofy’s Pool is right by the Funnel Vision screen where you can catch some Disney movies or participate in poolside games and activities!
Complimentary pool towels are also available at numerous places around the pools, but I recommend bringing clothespins or towel clips to hold down your towels! And, definitely don’t forget your sunscreen – you will have some amazing weather and I am sure you will want to take advantage of time by the pool!
Have an incredibly fun vacation, Stephanie!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
