going on a disney cruise on jan 12 2013 what kind of weather can i expect worried about swimming for my 5 year old

    Hi Thomas,

I hope I'm going to answer this question correctly...I don't know where your ship is going!  If you are traveling to the Bahamas, the weather  in January averages in the mid 70s/low 80s, but the water temperatures run about 10 degrees less than that.  I find that while I personally think that the beaches are too cold, my kids will swim in it and not feel the same way about it at all.  The days are typically very sunny.  In reference to the pools, don't worry about it...the pools are heated if the water temperature goes under 75 degrees.  Now, don't forget to pack a jacket!  It gets colder in the evenings and you'll need it.

I hope this information helps.  If you need any other information, please don't hesitate to contact me.  I'm always happy to help a fellow cruiser!  Bon voyage Thomas!
