Hello there, Alyssa!
Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials and honeymoon! I’m so glad you found your Happily Ever After and are planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. My husband and I celebrated our engagement at the Walt Disney World Resort, and it was so magical to walk around the theme parks with our
wedding ears on. I highly recommend it!
I also recommend calling a friendly Disney Cruise Line Cast Member via
this link to see what options may be available for a Disney Vacation by Land and Sea. I think it would be shining, shimmering, and splendid if you visited the Walt Disney World Resort before venturing off for your cruise. This way, you can relax and lounge around at sea after park hopping. Alternatively, I’ve heard people say they like to visit the Walt Disney World Resort after their cruise, because it is such a shock to go home immediately after a cruise. No matter what, you’ll have a fabulous time.
Might I also recommend a few other romantic options for your vacation? If you’re into fine dining, I suggest making an advanced dining reservation for
Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The restaurant was recently renovated, and the menu has been updated with some unique offerings, like an Ocean-inspired Charcuterie Board. During the sea portion of your trip, I suggest looking into a reservation for a
Palo brunch. My family recently did this during a cruise on the Disney Dream and said it was one of the highlights of the trip.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
