We are going on the Disney Cruise Dream first week in May!!! Im super excited!!! My 11 year old and grand mother will also come along. my question is, is im trying to book excursions. Which dolphin excursion do you suggest. And which excursion are best?

    Hi, Leanne!

Congratulations on your cruise this week on the Disney Dream! You have every reason to be excited -- she is a spectacular ship, and you're going to think you're living a dream when you sail!

For a dolphin excursion, it really is going to depend upon if all the members of your traveling party are interested in participating and how they feel about swimming in deep water. My very favorite Port Adventure in Nassau is the Ultimate Trainer For A Day At Atlantis. I like that this excursion completely immerses and educates a guest in an environment which one would normally not experience. Yet, it is long and somewhat pricey. The other dolphin encounter I would recommend would be the Atlantis Dolphin Cay Deep Water Swim & Aquaventure. This combines the educational and thrilling experience of swimming with the dolphins with the enjoyment of the amazing Aquaventure water park at the Altantis. In addition, there's also an opportunity to purchase an observer's package if someone doesn't want to get wet.

I hope this helps you plan. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
