Hi there, Xiao! Welcome to planDisney.
Next week, you’ll be stepping aboard your beautiful Disney ship for a vacation of a lifetime! If you're looking for some packing inspiration, I recommend this
handy checklist on the Disney Cruise Line website. It’s broken down by destination and includes all the essential items you might need.
According to the
Cruise Contract, each Guest may bring a reasonable amount of clothing aboard the ship, not to exceed two bags per person. Unlike airlines, Disney Cruise Line doesn’t have a luggage size or weight limit. Keep in mind that all your luggage must be stored in your stateroom. Don’t worry. The beds are raised and a perfect spot to store your bags.
Carry-on luggage does have a size limit. It must not exceed 22 inches high, 14 inches wide, and 9 inches deep. You’ll want to pack any essential items in your day bag, like your travel documents and any necessary medication. Staterooms are typically ready by 1:30 p.m., but your luggage may take a few more hours to arrive.
As you embark on your Disney Cruise, I encourage you to take some time on the first day to explore the ship. There’s even a helpful map on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. You'll find so many great spaces to relax, catch a movie, and play. I hope you have the best time making magical memories with your crew.
SEAS the adventure!
