I wanted to see what my app would show, and I have the same thing showing up, with an alert that my reservation cannot be found when I go to Onboard Gifts. However, all of my other information is fine. When I go to the website on my computer, I have no issues accessing the
Onboard Gifts selection. It might just be a glitch on the app, especially if everything else seems to be working fine.
I am guessing it will all get fixed, especially as you get closer to your sail date. If you want to access the Onboard Gifts right away, use your computer or laptop for now. You may also
contact Disney Cruise Line directly to see if they can get the option to work on your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
Hakuna Matata, no worries. Just confirm all of your other information is accurate and you will be fine. In the meantime, use the website to make any purchases as you prepare for your 2027 sailing with Captains Mickey and Minnie!
