    How do i get the Disney cruise app to save my password so it opens up as soon as I open the app?

    Hello, James,

    "Oh, bother." It's never a dull moment when technology makes things a bit challenging, right? Now, if you'll pardon me a moment while I "think, think, think" about this question. Hopefully, I'll be "Backson" and have some ideas to help you out.

    Hi again, James! I couldn't find Owl to help me read the instructions. But I hope that a few ideas that come to mind will be helpful to you.

    • Update your device to the latest version of its operating system.
      • Enable biometric security for the Navigator app. (This might be called something like "Security," "Fingerprint," "Face ID," or "Touch ID," depending on your device.)

    • Fully power off and power on your mobile device.

    You can check the operation of the Navigator app between each of those things to see if it helps it operate the way you expect. If you still experience needing to input your password more than expected, I recommend sending an email to the Disney Cruise Line Help Center with the subject "Disney Cruise Line Navigator App."

    Tony's Tip: Other settings that I have found helpful for the Navigator app include allowing the app to stay connected and refresh in the background as well as enabling notifications for the app. These have been helpful settings when using the app's complimentary instant messaging service while aboard our Disney cruise ship. My family loves sending each other messages personalized with the Disney-themed emojis available in the messaging service.
