    Hello, on the Disney Cruise app, when I click purchase under the Magic Band section, it does not give me the option to select a guest or purchase a magic band. Also, my name is not list as a stateroom guest when I try to link my Disney account.

    Welcome aboard planDisney! With your cruise just around the riverbend, I can practically hear the horn of the ship calling your name. Let's see if we can get those DisneyBand+ hiccups sorted faster than Dash Parr on embarkation day!

    It sounds like you’ve already followed the right steps, but let’s quickly double-check the treasure map together to make sure we’re not missing a clue. When you open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and tap “Purchase” under the DisneyBand+ section, it should launch a browser and prompt you to log in to your Disney account. Just make sure you’re logging into the same account used to book your cruise—sometimes Ursula likes to cause a little mischief with duplicate accounts.

    Once you’re in, you should see your stateroom number, a bit of ordering info, and then a list of Guests in your party. If you don’t see yourself listed, no worries—just click on “Connect a Missing Guest” and follow the prompts to link your name to the reservation. Once everyone’s accounted for, hit “Get Started” and click “Select” under the Guest’s name to begin choosing your DisneyBand+ design. This is where the real fun begins—there are so many options, you may feel like Alice tumbling down the rabbit hole of choices!

    Now, if the app continues to act like it’s stuck in a spinning teacup, try switching to a computer (if able) and visit the Disney Cruise Line Website directly. And if that still doesn’t do the trick, it’s time to call in reinforcements—Disney Cruise Line Cast Members can wave their magic wands (or keyboards) and help straighten it all out for you.

    Here’s a little insider tip: my family loves browsing both the DisneyBand+ offerings through the cruise link and the MagicBand+ selection on DisneyStore.com. My wife and daughter fell in love with designs only available on Disney Store, so we ended up doing a hybrid purchase from both to keep everyone smiling from port to port.
