Hi there, WaiTingRae!First of all, congratulations on booking a special birthday celebration cruise. I hope you have a wonderful time!Reasonable personal photography equipment, including tripods, should be allowed on your Disney Adventure cruise. Depending on the time and place on board your cruise, space may be somewhat limited. As a general guideline, I would suggest selecting a tripod that is within the specifications allowed in many of the Disney theme parks, such as indicated in the Walt Disney World Resort property rules. You would likely not have a problem with a small- or medium-sized tripod that collapses small enough to fit in a standard-sized backpack. Then, as long as you follow directions and guidance from cast and crew members and common courtesy to other guests around you, I'm sure you will find many beautiful locations throughout the ship where you can set up your tripod for some amazing photography. I also recommend checking the prohibited and restricted items list when you pack for your trip to Singapore to make sure you don't inadvertently include an item that may not be allowed on the ship.Tony's Tip: I've found that one of the best times to do some photography on Disney Cruise Line ships is very early in the morning, before restaurants and cafés open up to draw passengers from around the ship. With hallways and other spaces unoccupied, you'll find more flexible options for setting up your equipment so as not to interfere with walkways and public spaces used by other passengers. You'll probably also find that to be a great time to include a beautiful sunrise in your photos. If you booked your Disney cruise with the help of a travel agent, I suggest asking them to contact Disney Cruise Line to note your birthday celebration on your cruise reservation. Or you can go to the My Reservations page of the Disney Cruise Line website and visit the "Special Requests" section of your cruise reservation. When you choose to edit your special requests, look under the "Celebrations" section to make sure that "Birthday" is marked. That annotation on your cruise reservation will inform your rotational dining serving staff of your special celebration so they can be sure to make your experience as magical as possible for you. I also recommend visiting Guest Services on the ship to see if they have birthday celebration buttons available. Wearing a birthday button is a fun way to share the celebration with everyone on board. I highly recommend reviewing the available Onboard Gifts that may be ordered for your specific cruise. Be sure to check the "Birthdays & Celebrations" section of gifts for ideas of treats, stateroom decor, and more that you may choose to purchase for your cruise.I hope you have a wonderful birthday cruise, WaiTingRae!~Tony
