When I worked in one school district, one of the schools sent students to the
Disney Cross Country Classic at the ESPN Wide World of Sports at
Walt Disney World Resort! While I did not attend, I remember hearing about their experiences, and it sounded like they had a blast.
With the last event in 2019, it doesn’t look like there is any new information as it relates to future Cross County Classic events. I recommend keeping an eye on the
ESPN Wide World of Sports page or the
Disney Parks Blog because once it is announced, any updates will appear there. You can call (407)938-3800 or shoot them an email at wdw.sports.tfcc@disneysports.com, and a cast member may be able to provide some detailed updates. I hope this helps.
