When you say you have a Disney credit, I am assuming that this means that you have unused theme park admission days on previously purchased
Walt Disney World theme park tickets. I think you will be happy to hear that if the ticket has never been used, you may be able to reassign it to another Guest on your
My Family & Friends List on your
My Disney Experience account. I find the easiest way to do this is on the My Disney Experience app by tapping the "Tickets and Passes" tile and then the "Reassign Ticket" button under your ticket. However, if any of the admission days on the ticket have been used, it is now non-transferable and may only be used by the same Guest each visit, as long as the ticket is still valid.
If you are not sure if the tickets have been used or if they are still valid, I suggest calling a helpful Cast Member with Existing Tickets at (407) 934-7639 or Disney Travel Operations at 407-560-CHAT or 407-560-2428.
