You can use your Disney Visa Rewards for any Disney product at home or at the theme parks. You can use it to pre-purchase a Disney PhotoPass Plus card. You will need to either order a Redemption Card either by mail online or by calling 1-800-436-7999. It will take around two weeks to obtain a card via the mail and then you can use it just like a debit card. Since you want to pre-purchase the PhotoPass Card, I think this will be the best way. You can also get your Redemption card at one of the Walt Disney World theme parks, Downtown Disney, or Disneyland.
