I have a Disney credit card and plan on using it in Epcot and HS for the meet and greets. Is there somewhere you have to sign up or can you just show up at the locations and present your credit card to meet the characters?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Francois!

I just LOVE those magical Disney® Visa® Cardmember Perks! Don't you? To access the private Character Experiences offered to Cardmembers, you will need to show a valid Disney® Visa® Credit Card. That is all you'll require to gain entry to the exclusive meet-and-greet opportunities. There is no need to sign up for them ahead of time.

Disney® Visa® Cardmember Star Wars™ Character Experience at Disney's Hollywood Studios is inside the Star Wars Launch Bay. You'll come face-to-face with the villainous Kylo Ren. The much feared First Order warrior encounters Disney® Visa® Cardmembers from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. You'll need the Force to be strong with you for that one!

Disney® Visa® Cardmember Character Experience at Epcot is located in the Imagination Pavilion near Journey Into Imagination With Figment. There, we have met Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Goofy. However, you never know which Disney Characters might stop by at this location, which is open daily from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Did You Know? Disney® Visa® Cardmembers receive complementary Disney PhotoPass® Service downloads of the pictures taken at these amazing Disney Character Experiences.

I hope you found this information useful, Francois! Please come back soon with more Disney vacation planning questions.

Wishing you a magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
