Hey, howdy, hey, Corina! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with another great question.
A
Disneyland Magic Key is a great way to have
a year full of magic. If you are looking to buy now, the
Enchant Key is still currently available, though that is always subject to change. Corina, I am no Madame Leota, but I can say that Magic Keys have gone on sale about twice a year for the last few years. Key sales do pause occasionally so the number of Magic Keys does seem to be somewhat limited (though, as mentioned, Enchant Keys are still available). I have been an annual pass holder and, now, a Magic Key holder for more than two decades, and I sure hope to be one well into the future!
Per the
Magic Key Terms & Conditions, the expiration date of a Magic Key is one year from the date of first use, and Guests have a year from purchase to activate a key by using it for admission to a theme park. If you plan to visit within the next year and are concerned about being able to purchase a Magic Key, this could be a good strategy!
Corina, Magic Keys come with
so much more than theme park admission. There are discounts on select merchandise and dining locations, access to Magic Key-exclusive merchandise and PhotoPass opportunities, and so much more. Once you purchase a Magic Key, be sure to check out the Magic Key Portal in the
Disneyland Mobile App and follow the
Disneyland Magic Key Instagram. Both have fun updates and Magic Key-exclusive information!
If you have any other questions, I love taking Magic Keys and all things Disney Parks.
Please visit me again!
See ya real soon,
Melissa
