I believe you may be referring to reassigning your current theme park tickets. If that is the case, this process will be easy, as long as the theme park tickets have not been used. To reassign the theme park tickets (using the
My Disney Experience mobile app), select the three lines at the bottom right, select “Tickets and Passes” and “Reassign Ticket.” Before reassigning the ticket, you will want to ensure that the person you will assign the ticket to is included on your Family & Friends List. If, for some reason, the theme park tickets can not be reassigned and they have not been used, call 407-934-7639 so that a cast member can assist you with getting those transferred over. Also, once the tickets are assigned, you can go in and save your theme park ticket to the digital wallet on your smartphone using the
