we will be at Disney for Christmas, what type of special things can we do with our kids?(girl-10, boy-6)

    Hi Tracey,

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel to as your awesome question! The Holidays are one of the most magical times to visit Walt Disney World, and your family is in for a vacation full of memories.

The best part of visiting Walt Disney World during Christmas is that each and every park and resort is fully decorated for the holiday. Our family loves to admire the personality in the decorations of each park. We also use Disney Transportation to visit a few of our favorite Walt Disney World Resorts, and enjoy their decorations as well. The annual Gingerbread Creations that the Walt Disney World Resort pastry chefs display are a must-see!

You'll also want to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! This special event is beyond magical. You'll see some of your favorite characters all dressed up for the holidays. From Tin Soldiers to Santa Claus, special fireworks and hot cocoa, you'll love this nighttime party. You'll also get to enjoy special character meet and greets, and some of the best Magic Kingdom attractions. Tickets are currently available. You can find more information here:

I hope this information helps you, Tracey. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask us anytime.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
