Hi Michelle,
When you arrive at your Disney resort, you can talk with the Concierge services in the lobby to see if they can make any arrangements to help you, possibly through room service if your resort offers that.
If that isn't possible, there are several other options that we've done when staying at WDW on Christmas Day:
-I shipped presents, stockings, & a tree before we arrived. Knowing we'd be out of town, Santa Claus also included his surprises for the kids in one of the packages I shipped.
-We purchased cookies and milk from resort's gift shop to leave out for Santa that evening.
-We also had fun having working with www.giftsofalifetime.com to arrange a holiday surprise for the kids while we were in the parks. Now as teens, they still talk about the surprises they encountered from this experience!
-You can also work with
Disney Floral & Gifts for in-room surprises, too.
I hope this helps to give you some ideas. Please let us know if we can help again!
