We will be at Disney for Christmas, Dec 21-27. I know there will be special activities, christmas dinners, and other one time Christmas season things. Can you give me some guidance on how I can buy tickets etc? Thanks

    Season Greetings, Thomas!

Ho Ho Ho, it sounds like you’re in for a jolly good time. Celebrating the Holiday Season at Walt Disney World Resort is truly magical. Most of my Holiday trips have happened at the Disneyland Resort until a few years ago, I finally got the chance to celebrate at Walt Disney World Resort. It was truly magical, I can’t wait to do it again.

Thomas, I believe you are referring to the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event! This event kicks off in November and runs through December 21, 2021. Your evening will only get merrier with the Character sightings, Firework Show, Holiday treats, and so much more. Hang tight, tickets for this event will go on sale next month. So be sure to check the official Walt Disney World Resort website and the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information on this very exciting event.

I also recommend keeping up with the Disney Parks Blog for any information on which restaurants will feature any seasonal offerings. If you are looking for a traditional meal, then I recommend scheduling a dining reservation at Liberty Tree Tavern. They offer the Patriot’s Platter which includes Turkey Breast, Pot Roast, and Oven-roaster Pork, served with all the well-known and loved sides.

I hope this helps answer your questions. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help you have the merriest trip!

    Happy Holidays!
