    when does disney do the christmas day program, i know its taped & i would like to take my kids the day that it is taped, & what is it called 7 how much are the tickets? My husband has to put in his vacation time in Oct. for the next year.

    The date for the taping of Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime parade is usually released fairly late in the year.

    Historically, it has taped on the first Friday and Saturday of December for airing on Christmas Day, but that cannot be guaranteed. Keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the most updated information about holidays at Walt Disney World.

    In order to enter the Park for the taping, you'll need a Magic Your Way ticket; no other charges will apply.
